Hey Bros I'm new on "this" board but I'm no nubbie. I figured I would post this here in hopes that there are some experts on the subject matter that could be helpful.
Bro's Im having a hard time keeping all these peptides straight, I have run HGH for some years now 4iu's ed (hyge & thanks) and its effects are great (great sleep, fast recovery, fat loss, ect) But now days Im researching all these peptides because as some of you may agree I believe that peptides HAS to be the way of the future to get ones physique to the next level in terms of lean muscle mass.
Sure Ive run decent anabolic cycles before with nice gains, but im thinking that my gains and end result could of been a lot greater had I run peptides all along.
I have many questions like Which peptides give the best results and or are worth the money to run, and which ones are not worth it? What peps can be taken together and which ones should not be taken with other specific peps?
And then there is the BIG question and debate on protocol for running all these peptides for example In all my research I have come to the conclusion that the best time to take PEG MGF is Post w/o because you have a 2-5 min window of opportunity when your receptor sites are at their thirstiest and dying to get fed, No less than 200mcg and no more than 500mcg. In other words 100/100 bi-laterally min. and no more than 250/250 bi-laterally into the muscles you just trained. (if anyone thinks this is wrong please chime in)… I have also come to the conclusion that IGF-1 is best PRE/WO even though for many years i thought it was post-wo...
This is the kind of info Im looking for on the peptides I have listed below...
For the list below (I'm not an idiot, I already understand the basic principle of what they are suppose to do) I would mainly be interested in in-depth explanations, protocol- dosage?, subq? or IM? how much and at what times & for how long, Why? or why not run-em....??
