enjoyed the read. i knew a bit about trt, but info for controlling estrogen is definitely enlightening and my research on this subject. i am new to all this, but find i am in need of more and more info. being 58, i have noticed many of the changes of life recently, (last several years) which have been affecting me dramatically more recently. doc won't help so been looking at ug for help.
