This was after test enan, and deca 3 for 10 weeks. I took a few months off and I just started test prop and winny, because I need to get leaner for the upcoming warmer days. Im 20 years old, 196, 10.8%bodyfat benching around 385. I've been on crutches for over a year now because of an achillies tendon lenghtening procedure, so my legs are sooo puney
My diet has been pretty much grilled chicken/tilapia and sweet potatoes/brown potatoes every 2 hours. Eggs in the morning w/ hash browns and before i go to bed.
How should I change my diet, and do cardio? I can only do stationary bike right now. 2-3 times a week, 25 mins? Any tips are GREATLY appreciated...
