This was after test enan, and deca 3 for 10 weeks. I took a few months off and I just started test prop and winny, because I need to get leaner for the upcoming warmer days. Im 20 years old, 196, 10.8%bodyfat benching around 385. I've been on crutches for over a year now because of an achillies tendon lenghtening procedure, so my legs are sooo puney :(

My diet has been pretty much grilled chicken/tilapia and sweet potatoes/brown potatoes every 2 hours. Eggs in the morning w/ hash browns and before i go to bed.

How should I change my diet, and do cardio? I can only do stationary bike right now. 2-3 times a week, 25 mins? Any tips are GREATLY appreciated...

Thx MC

If you need to get leaner (which I don't think you do, but I understand)try cutting more carbs. I imagine you cannot go very fast on the stationary bike, so you don't need the carbs for the endurance.

My surgeon suggested I swim with my leg propped on a board. If you can do this (and you have access to a pool) this is what you should try. Assuming you do well with this, you will then want to keep up your carbs. Also, to help speed up recovery try the eliptical machine...it helped me get back to the motion of running. If there is pain you must stop--don't just "work through the pain", even though you can.

Hope I helped...but I know the boys on this board can help you a heck of a lot more!

Good Luck!!!

Probably not a good idea to get on the eliptical after surgery Angel but the swimming idea is a good one. Unfortunately not everyone has access to a pool so if you have to stick to the bike I would mix in some intervals and speed and hill work on the bike.
