Pineapples For Fat Loss

Ok, here is something that maybe some of you won't believe, but it works like magic! Get two 20oz. cans of pineapple slices in their own juice or get a fresh one and slice up 3 lbs. daily. Blend up the pineapples with a little added water to thin it out and drink some with every meal. This will work if you are eating carbs or are on low carbs. The carbs in the pineapples don't make any difference. Calories don't really matter, either. It will work better if you mainly eat high amounts of meats, poultry, pork, eggs, seafood, etc. along with some veggies, but, it works magic no matter what. All the bromic acids in it friggin melts away fat!
Hell, I have lost as much as 20 lbs. in 30 days doing this. It will lean you up! Your digestion will be like never before! You can't do this for too long, as you will waste away to nothing and the extremely high acid content will have adverse effects eventually if you follow it non stop for extremely long lengths. But, you will not lose any muscle. You will know this by your lifts. This is in no means a "fad" or "pseudo" diet. It works and you can still eat like a king. I've done it several times and it worked both times. Maybe papaya would work too, but I doubt it would work as good as pineapple. Pineapple is nothing but pure digestive enzymes. Try it and let me know how you liked it.

May be you can lose your fat from the using of pineapple but the eaten portion should be incredible large. The fat loss will be not so significant. But it of course it depends on the specificity of your body and on the rate of your metabolism. But I'm interested in trying it

Yeah, man. Like everything, it will differ with individuals, but, it will work for everyone. On workout days, I would carb up, and I still seen almost the same results as when I was just eating concentrated protein foods and veggies on non workout days. Now, 1 can of pineapples would work, or 1.5 lbs. of fresh. Maybe it would work just as good, but, I doubt it. It would be slower as far as results were concerned, I would imagine. But, I lost "zero" muscle. Lost fat and gained muscle. If you try it, let me know how it went for you.

The main thing is not to overeat the pineapples.. The eating portions should be moderate :) But actually, I like this fruit, I can eat it without stopping.. lol

Make sure to blend them with their juices. I have a Nutri Bullet. I wouldn't be caught without it. It's an amazing appliance. Blending makes it much easier to consume them.
