plain sterile water only good once after needle breaks through rubber seal?

So I'm trying to get something straight; so I'm hearing with sterile water, once you use it, after a few days it isn't sterile anymore? For example I have 10 ml sterile water vials; so once I poke a needle through the rubber it isn't sterilewater anymore after 4-6 hours or so? And I'm talking plain old sterile not bac water. Reasoon why I have been asking is I have been using sterile water for my GH since there has been a bac storage so I have been reconstituting my gh in sterile; shooting 5 IUs then refridgerating the other half for next day pin.

Real simple fix make with my thread or
Get Benzol Alcohol and add 10 units to your 10ml sterile water vials and done!!

Ok thanks for the info; but as of now I am using the sterile water; I know sterile water with GH is fine in the fridge for 1-3 days; thats all I need. But my question is the sterile water vial I bought from the medical supply shop; once I poke the needle through the rubber and withdraw water; is it no good after that? Was I supposed to throw the vial out; which seems like a waste since it is a 10 ml vial, cause someone told me once you poke a needle through that rubber you either have to use the whole vial or it is no good anymore meaning the water in it isn't "sterile".

Add ba on 10ml add 10 units BA

100 units = 1ml
1 unit is 1 unit period
Don't get iu confused with unit either

This ratio is correct
Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic preparation of water for injection containing 0.9% (9 mg/mL) of benzyl alcohol added as a bacteriostatic preservative. It is supplied in a multiple-dose container from which repeated withdrawals may be made to dilute or dissolve drugs for injection.

No filtering required with distilled into sterile vial with ba added!!

oh ok, yeah I got it basically 10 unit mark on 1 ml 100 unit syringe; got it now.

This is what u need in ba to add to 10ml
distilled water or sterile water to multi use.
