Iv been interested in doing a few courses for a while now, but seems everyone Im talkin to has profit in mind and is just giving me advice as to move the product they have. Iv since done a bit more research though various forums and now want to ask a few questions.
ok so a bit of info about me. im 29 yrs old, 194 lbs (88gs) and 6'0
Iv been really regular with my training but am now hitting that plateau and want to increase the lifting capacity across my range, also increase my overall lean body mass to around 210lbs (96kgs) I understand the importance of diet and am pretty confident I have learnt my body well enough to understand what works for me in each different phase of dieting.
Now, I have done 2 6 week courses before, both cut short because of work commitments and I found the cold turkey side effects were terrible. I felt like a senile old man. both times I was doing just straight test enanthate @ 2-3ml per week. I recently sustained a lower back injury from what I believe was a mix of dried joints and also bad form on that particular day.
SO! this brings me to my questions:
1. If I do a mass stack to begin with will this be a good one:
weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mg a day and test e (1ml 2x a week)
weeks 4-8 Deca 1ml 2x a week and test e 1.5ml 2x a week
weeks 8-12 ???
2. Should Nolvadex be included to help me with the last phase of coming off cycle?
3. how long between the next cycle a to not lose too much gains? (bearing in mind I know some loss is to be expected)
4. Is test e available in tablet form?
5. Can Deca be stacked with the Dbol and test e? or will my liver really be at its limits with the Dbol alone?
6. Is stanizol (winstrol) any good for what I am wanting to do?
