Possible to liquify veggies?

I usually eat 4-5 times a day, which takes precious time. My question is can you use a blender to chew up and liquify my veggies (which is my weakness). I really dont want to spend big $ on a Vitamix, only have a Osterizer that has to be close to 35 yrs old. I would rather gut down 30 seconds to drink something than to take 10 min chewing

I use a breville juicer to drink vegetables. I don't know that a blender would do the trick. Much quicker to drink a sweet potato raw than to wait 2 hours to cook one! I watched a documentary on juicing on Netflix called "Fat, sick and Nearly Dead." Been incorporating juicing into my diet every since. When I don't have time to juice, I drink the Naked brand Green Machines.

With me its a time thing. I will try the green beans in a blender, add some water and see what gives!!

Anyone here know much about Vitamixers? I'm not gonna spend hundreds of $ on a new one, but I see plenty of the older ones on EBAY, will they make short order of veggies?

Definitely go with juicing over blending. Unless you buy some insane $700 blender you'll get all kinds of stringy fibers and chunks that will make you want to puke haha. You can get a cheap juicer used for like $30 on classified ad sites.

Juicing sounds so fucking good doesnt it! Wife and I bought 2 different juicers, and took them back, or i think we took the 1st one back and we may still have the 2nd juicer someplace, but neither worked like we thought it would or should! Both were big name brand juicers from boscovs and macys i think. In any case, it wasnt what we thought, the one didnt do it that great and the second one juiced well but the area it poured from was angled wrong and shit splashed out, i cant remember exactly i just know we didnt like them much

but man the sound of making your own fruit juice blends and vegetable blends sounds so good to me right now

I recently did a 10 fast with citrus, honey and vegetables. I blanched the vegetables to break down the fibrous of the plant.
