I have been cycling longer than I want to even admit and I just ran a similar cycle to yours 10 Weeks and gained 21lbs with a starting BF percentage of about 5 percent and literally last week I weighed in at 228.2 with 7.4 percent BF which was hydrostatic legit BF Test not broscience or calipers
