Yes he did, he was really good guy, picked up a lot of advice from him, R.I.P.
All I can say is I am glad I didn't know him better, as I have lost 9 people very very very close to me in 8 years, and others in that duration as well, and it's always a hard thing to cope with when you are close.
I hope his family is able to deal with this loss, and especially his daughter.

He was a outstanding brother, he always treated me generously and with the upmost respect. He is truly missed!
I had seen Chris posting on other forums up until just recently. I know he had heart issues back in 2010, and took it easy for a while just running TRT dosages. I think he started to push the envelope again to regain his former size. I think he was somewhat dysmorphic and fell into depression.
Hard to believe. I recently spoke with him, and as usual, he was a great guy. So sad for his family.

I'm thinking him and I exchanged a few PM's a few yrs back, he seemd cool as fuck. How sad. I had a good friend back in the early 90's who had heart issues too and one morning he woke up and keeled over. But on top of gear, he took recreational drugs and drank all which contributed to his death at age 31....but what a tradgedy with Chris, may he rest in peace for eternity....how old was he??
I must say it is pretty damn cool to see that this site has supported him and his Donation page, so huge shout out to Presser, bc that seriously is awesome, and I am sure that means the world to some of his family that someone would help share that Gofundme like he did.

I'm not dead yet. I just want to share with all of you that I have used/abused AAS since 1980. That's right 35 years.
i have heart disease and Type II diabetes. Both diagnosed within the last six years. I have a great wife, no children and actually no one else to share my issues with. Guys, I do not want to leave too early, but if by chance I do please know that I have no regrets and have loved so much about this journey most of us are taking. I will never preach against what most risks we have taken. I did communicate with Chris250 several times. I respected him immensely and pray for his family at this sad time. RIP Brother

I like it when someone has the balls to come up and say they used AAS and now have heart disease. This is a good lesson for the guys that pay no attention to their cholesterol levels when using AAS, especially the orals. The first steroid I ever used was anavar at just 20 mg. a day for 10 weeks. I checked my cholesterol before and after. It was 165 before and 310 after. I completely lost interest in anavar or any other oral after that. I regularly check total C and LDL and HDL. Everything is normal except for HDL(good Chol.). It has been saying in the 20's. It should be in the 40's. Even better if it is in the 50's. That is the main reason I occasionally take a statin.

so important to get check ups from you Dr when using AAS, I go every three months and my doc knows everything I do, open book policy.....he doesn't harp on me, just makes sure everything is cool...otherwise guys its Russian roulette, speak up and own it with your Dr if you're on AAS, it can save you

Amen! i to am not ready to go, no where near ready lol, but i wouldn't change shit in all honesty, though i don't have any issues that i know of like you mentioned, i still don't think i would regret anything, i love my life style of health and fitness, bodybuilding, competing , juicing, but i don't abuse steroids, i never really have in all honesty, i was always on the modest side of things other than maybe 18 months i once went balls to the wall, but mostly i always just use small amounts of propionate and small tren ace on very rare occasions. Never got into that gram or two a week bullshit lol,
