Protein French Toast Pancakes
Use whatever bread you want with this easy to make Protein French Toast Pancakes! A diet friendly breakfast recipe that's quick and delicious.
Ingredients
3 Pieces Bread - Your Choice
½ Cup Greek Yogurt - Use a high protein one!
½ Cup Milk - or Milk Substitute
1 Scoop Protein Powder
2 Large Whole Eggs
2 Tablespoons Syrup - Light/Sugar Free
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
½ Tablespoon Butter - Oil, or Cooking Spray (less calories)
Instructions
Chop up your Bread into small pieces (9 pieces per slice is good)
Mix together your Greek Yogurt, Milk, and Protein Powder until smooth
Mix in the rest of your ingredients until smooth aside from your Butter
Dump your pieces of Bread into your mix and move them around to soak up your mix
Add some Butter, Oil, or Cooking Spray onto a pan or griddle over medium heat
Place your pieces onto your pan or griddle once it heats up making them however big you want
Let each side cook for around 2-3 minutes
Repeat until your mix is gone.
