PT-141 explained by Exo
PT-141, also known as Bremelanotide, is a synthetic peptide that is used to treat sexual dysfunction in men and women
PT-141 has a half-life of 2-8 hours, but the effects can last anywhere from 24-36 hours diminishing each hour once past half life . Trust me ! they most certainly can. this half life really varies from person to person and age and if you actually have ED so keep that in mind
Flushing and nausea are the most common adverse side affects and because of this please don't start at a 2mg dosage as recommended. I recommend 1mg to start out with 1 hour prior to sex. Ok so what's the difference between this and say Viagra or Cialis Exo?

Ok, so in laymen's terms this stuff tells your brain to get hard rather you like it or not. i actually would recommend NOT to take Cialis or Viagra while you try this stuff out for the first time just to check it out and see how you react

Given that everyone responds differently to PT-141, effective dosages may vary. A 2mg dose is generally effective for men and women, about 1 hour prior to sexual activity. Again I highly recommend starting low. My first time i did a heavy 2.5mg and was hard for about 12 hours. And i was up trying to walk around and have it go down to release old blood and gain new blood in. Do your self a favor and don't drink on it just incase you do get nauseous.

PT-141 is derived from peptide Melanotan 2. However, PT-141 does not significantly stimulate melanogenesis (increased pigment formation) unlike Melanotan 2. It still carries some qualities but again is not significant
So how do i take this stuff Exo?
So the vial is going to look like a peptide or gh vial and its got 10mg total.
- Allow refrigerated vial to warm to room temperature.
- Use aseptic technique and reconstitute powder (10mg vial) with 1ml Exo bacteriostatic water. ill post below how to do this
- After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate solution and use within 30 days.
- SubQ injection for (men and women)
subcutaneous injection in the abdomen
- 1mg starting dose, 1 hour before sex - Recommended to inject 1mg for test dose that's the 10 mark on a 100marck insulin syringe, then increase next time. if tolerated very well you can ''technically'' increase the dosage 30m-1hr later by say 0.5

1.5mg is strong, and 2mg is extra strong in most people
- Dose no more then 2 x weekly is what they say !
How can you store PT-141?
Once your PT-141 has been received, rather the peptides will be used immediately, or in the next several days, weeks or months, refrigeration is important but no need to freeze. Reconstituted PT-141 should be stored under refrigerated conditions as well. Dont freeze it.
PT-141 mixing (reconstitution) instruction:
An Insulin syringes is the most suitable. If possible get the ones with 100 markings on the side. It will make it easier to properly determine the dosage of of your PT-141.
100 is 10mg and the 10 mark is 1mg. Don't fuck it up
Remove the plastic cap from the top of the vial and clean the rubber with a medical alcohol pad/swab. Take an insulin syringe and pull 1 ml of water (100 markings) into it. Note: regardless of how much water you use (be it 1ml or 2ml) the mixture still has the same overall strength. Water is just a transport method for the PT-141. If you used double amount of water when reconstituting the PT-141, you would have to use double amount of mixture when injecting yourself to get the same dose. People usually use 1ml because it fits fully into a standard insulin type syringe.
You now have 1ml of water in the syringe. Push the needle through the rubber cap of the vial, but position it sideways so that the water will slide down the inside wall of the vial. Do not inject directly into the powder with force, rather let the water slide out slowly.
Majority of the white powder will dissolve within seconds, but there will be some lumps left over. Do not shake the vial in an attempt to get them to dissolve. If you are in a hurry, you can gently roll the vial between your fingers. If you do this for a few minutes all of the powder will dissolve. Alternatively you can let the vial sit in the refrigerator for 15 - 30 minutes. By that time the powder will dissolve completely.
Before pulling the liquid PT-141 into the insulin syringe, give the vial a few turns between your fingers to gently mix the solution. The PT-141 vials are under vacuum (negative air pressure) which makes it harder to pull the liquid out. To relieve the vacuum inject a full syringe of air into the top of the vial (do not make the liquid bubble).
