Q. in your opinion what would i have to do to put go from 220lb to 245lb of str8 muscle..without looking like a "freak" and not asethetic. something of a shawn ray physique?some info, ive done two cycles of aas, some peptides,

A. This is a great question. First of all, Shawn Ray was only about 200 to 215 lbs. Keep in mind, he is pretty short, but my point is, it's not just weight. Its how the weight is put together on your body. Part of this is the illusion that a good bodybuilder creates by developing wide lats, delts and quads to minimize his waist, but another part is his genetic structure. When you hear about "genetics" in bodybuilding, this is a big factor. Some guys are built like a tree trunk. If a guy like that can develop enough muscle in the right places, he can create an illusion that looks ok, but he is never going to have the lines of a Dexter Jackson or Toney Freeman.*
If you want to create an*aesthetic physique, it is going to take a lot of time. I'm going to assume that when you say you are 220, this isnt 220 in contest shape. If you are 220 at, lets say 15% body fat, in order to get lean and have the bodybuilder look, you'll probably end up weighing more along the lines of 190 lbs. A lot of people dont understand that. Honestly though, I would stop looking at the scale and start looking at the mirror. It doesnt matter how much you weigh. It only matter how much you look like you weigh. If you want to have a beautiful physique like that of a Shawn Ray, understand that this is going to be a life long journey. At the end of the day, you will never look like Ray, You will look like YOU, and over time, you'll learn how to best bring your package together.*

So here are some tips. Don't be in a rush. Dont hammer higher doses of gear than you need. Use what works and keep you making gains. Don't gain tons of fat in the off season, only to have to diet it off in contest time. You have to eat big to grow, but watch yourself and keep an eye on your lines. Dont use high doses of insulin and or GH or you will also risk blowing your midsection out and growing*unproportionately. Moderation over the long haul instead of trying for too much at once. If you love the process and love the sport, you will find the passion and rewards you get every day and over time, you will come closer to your goal.*
*
Two more things...First, Always be learning. There is so much to know about the sport and how to get the most out of your program. You will never know it all so keep reading and asking questions. And second, believe that you can reach your goals. You can set goals that are high, but make them realistic. You need to truly believe that you can reach your goals in order for them to happen.*
