Question on IGF-1 Lr3 injections: IM spot vs SC abdominal

Hello, I just wanted to quickly clarify that I would not lose any efficacy of the IGF-1 Lr3 by doing daily subcutaneous injections into the abdomen. I found a post where Presser stated that he swapped from spot injections to subcutaneous abdominal, and wanted to make sure that this was still appropriate. All search results that I came across regarding "spot injections" seemed to be in reference to things other than IGF-1 Lr3.

Thank you!

Your good going subcutaneous in the abdomen. I rotate application sites, just preference.

Both work great. I've done both and usually stick to IM in whatever muscle group I'm working that day. The general idea was always that IM was better for muscle growth and sub-q was better for leaning down.

I've always done IM because of my injuries. I injected as close as possible and help tremendously with the recovery. I have also read in quite a few articles the sub-q is better for toning up, this is what my wife does.
