first hello to everyone

next after i draw my 40mcg do i let the pin sit so the igf can reach room temp?
and there is a little air bubble in the pin after i draw is that ok to inject???

cant get the bubble out

i personally never let it sit and i dont recall ever having an issue with the itty bitty bubbles.

I actually used a little air to push it all in since it's a small amount. Small amounts of air will not hurt. I asked my sports doc and he agrees.

^^ You should let it hit room temperature so that you don't get knots or irritation under the skin. You can damage the cells from the cold if you don't. That's not to say you can't do it and not have issues, but generally speaking you should let it sit out for a few minutes.

yeah it's almost painless once it sets out for several minutes

I have tried it both ways and its better to apply it at room temp.

little bubble never hurt anyone... just make sure it isnt a huge one lol
