well so far I’m going to be using rad140. Now when it comes to what to use with it that’s where I’m confused.
I don’t particularly have a goal but I just want to improve my physique and do better in the gym.
What would you recommend I do for 8 weeks if I was to already have rad140 20mgs a day with it?
I’m in my early twenties and I’m 6’3” 195 lbs and I’m currently eating around 3000 to 4000 calories per day and getting 200 g of protein
