rad140 plus lgd4033 for lean mass

hello everybody I’m 40 years old and I’m 5’11” 238 lbs
I’m about 20% body fat and I don’t want to put on any more body fat but I do want to keep putting on lean muscle mass
my next cycle I want to do both rad and lgd and I want to do 20 mg of each for about 16 weeks
should I decrease my calories during this so that I don’t gain any sloppy wait or can I keep my calories the same I’m currently at around 3300 per day

rad is good with 20mgs and lgd 5mgs but you need yk11 10mgs with n2guard if you ask me
and protein over 200grams ED
