bump that on not getting full absorbsortion of protien from raw eggs - Looked cool on
Rocky 1 though - I think everyone tried it after that movie.
 
There no differents between protein in a raw egg and a cook egg. With a raw egg you do have a chance of getting salmonella poising, that would be a good way to lose a lot of weight. seriously don't eat raw eggs!!!
 
bump what freeze said i would not recomend eating raw eggs i have had salmonella and let me tell you its not fun at all. just cook the eggs or by pastuized egg whites those are great to down before bed i usually take one carton down before i sleep 50 grams of protein and its really slow absorbed so it works well while your body fasts at night.
 
I agree with the negative feedback on raw eggs. Salmonela risk and the fact that it is not productivly absorbed in the body. I would also advice you to combine the egg white with some yolk. As far as I know, the enzimes found in yolk are necessary for an efficient protein absorbtion.
 
My shedule is tight, but I've learned to do things a lot quicker and more efficiently. I'm able to seperate 6 egg whites, scramble, then eat em in under 12 mins. You have time =)

Damn! I'd get an alarm clock anyway. Well if you can't get an alarm clock, make your eggs the night before and throw em in the fridge. It'll be like eating a cold hard boiled egg. If not, hard boil em. If you want to save time, come to me. I've got some crazy ideas if you don't mind thinking outside the box. I work on the flightline for hours and there are some days I'm away from the shop the whole time, so I have to come up with convienent ways to eat. My all time favorite is my cold oatmeal. I microwave 3 cups of oatmeal in a big ass container. I mix in a teaspoon of brown sugar for every 1/2 cup and drench the bitch in ground cinnamon. Mix it all up and throw it in the fridge the night before. When you take it out, jus take a spoon and divide it into 6 (1/2 cup servings). Done! Shit takes less than 10 mins.
