really enjoy working these. i get an awesome pump with little effort. i do wish there were more ways to hit them, any ideas?.

i never really got much out of dumbell rear raises, but i absolutely love the wide handle pec deck and doing real delt flyes on it...also there's a variation of rear delts/trap shrugs that i saw flex wheeler do which i've always wanted to try but could never master it...but on end of flat bench, bent all way forward using heavy weights simply do a combo rear delt shrug/flye movement...i'm sure there's video somewhere on the next of him doing them

the thing that has really brought mine up (traps also) have been something I just kinda started on my own. I sit on the end of a bench and hold the dumbbells straight down, then I pull them up to around my waist while kicking my elbows back. If you try it at home, you'll get the idea and that'll make it easier to do in the gym with weights. I go with 75-95# dbs and do 12-15 reps. It kills your rear delts and traps

Gonna try that mr wieder... I like reverse cable crossover all angles standing or sitting even super wide and high seated rows to isolate rear delts.

Bent over bb rows with an underhand grip, seated cable rows hit the rear delts, reverse pec deck flye hits them pretty good, and obviously bent over db rows, but honestly those hurt my delts more than anything else. I never do them for this reason. I have found that heavy pressing for bench and military, along with rows, and reverse pec deck, have actually made my delts over power my arms. I'm in the process of now bringing my arms up to match them.

Sundays the day.. I practiced with some 10lb dumbbells Tonite .My shoulder flexibility is off on repaired side..so gonna go slow..

Go slow, I actually pulled a muscle in my back doing these, but I still do them. I think they hit the rear delts better than anything I've ever done

Man .. I see what you're sayin.. Great movement and amazing isolation.. .. I can see where one could tweak the back too..I kinda cramped up a little after in my back..
