The latest edition of the Reebok Nano X3 training shoe franchise launched on Aug. 18, 2023. The Reebok Nano X3 Froning, a collaboration with four-time Fittest Man on Earth® Rich Froning, features a bootie construction in the upper, maintaining “the bootie, slip-on-style upper construction from past Nano Froning iterations.”
The Nano X3 Froning will be available starting Aug. 18, 2023, at 10 a.m. EST on Reebok.com and select retailers worldwide. Pairs are available in limited unisex sizing for $150.

Froning’s favorite design element of his Nano X3 is the bootie construction that provides him sufficient comfort to wear his training shoes all day while training at his CrossFit box.
The previous collaboration between Reebok and Froning was with the Nano X2 cross-trainers in the fourth quarter of 2022. The updated edition pairs the latest technology from Reebok with the comfort and design preferences of CrossFit’s all-time winningest athlete (four Individual CrossFit Games titles and six Team CrossFit Games titles).
Froning said on the Oct. 25, 2022, episode of The Sevan Podcast that he will compete “on a year-to-year basis depending on what season of life we’re in and how this old body feels.”
