Refeed day starts at 5am

Every 8 days I have a refeed day for 6 hours or 3-4 meals max. No cardio or training this day. Truth be told I cant stand this day!

5am - check my temperature first, take BCAA's and Glut, eat eggo waffles to feeling full then 50g micro filtration whey protein shake.

7am - eat more eggo waffles to feeling full and a few spoon fulls of natural peanut butter.

9am - 1/2 bag of tater tots, more peanut butter, BCAA's and Glut

12pm - 1/2 bag tater tots, 50g micro filtration whey protein

30min after my last refeed meal I check my body temp again.

Rest of the day lean protein and veggies only.

Trust me its taking me years of trial and error to find my sweet spot, know my body and understand I need to re feed every 8 days during gaining or leaning out cycles. It also helps me know when to cut off eating and switch back to my meal plan vs eating shit all day. If I re feed to soon or to late even by a day my temp stays the same. Once every 8 days and most of the time less then 5-6 hours my body temp with increase because the added food is jump starting everything again.

Same as why we change up workouts because your body gets use to the normal day to day life.

Ok just to make sure I'm understanding figure out when refeed day is then when you have had enough garbage your temp will rise?
