should I rest a day in between working out 2 muscle groups or should I workout 2 muscle groups a workout for three days straight then rest a day and then do it all over again what do yall think is better?
I work out 2 days on one day off one day on two days off mix it up allot though sometimes every other day I take off mostly just listen to your body push hard but don't over do it haven't seen any workouts three days on though try 1 day on 1 day off see what you think
