So its 11am and im eating meal number 4 of the day, bc I was hungry as hell. Some months are like this every day, than I get to spots where I barely want to eat 3 meals a day, anyone else deal with this rollercoaster style appetite?
 
I'm always hungry, will often overeat and then feel miserable. I can't find a groove when I'm not preparing for a contest. If I eat by a clock, then I'm good, but I let my body tell me when to eat now and that's definitely not the way to go

yeah I hate that shit too. I attribute it to how I was raised, I eat however much is put on my plate, and sometimes its just way too much and I dont realize it till the meal is consumed.

I have dealt with that a lot. I found the low appetite was due to overtraining. Once I got that in check, appetite came back, and I've been able to keep it that way.
 
Gotta eat anyways. Thats why have your food pre-made for the day helps with this.

You're right there, if it's pre-made, you're more likely to eat it. I know if I have to make it, I'll more than likely try to find something that's already made so I agree with this statement 100%
