Sarms where art thou. I would like to get on my next sarms cycle and if you guys help me and give me a good one I will write you all a beautiful poem as a thank you.
My main goals are to recomp. I’m currently 50 years old and I’m six foot one 188 Pounds and I’m around 16 or 17% body fat according to my trainer
he has me in the gym 6 days a week for 40 minutes sessions. I told him I wanted to run sarms and he said to go for it by he didn’t really know much about them

cardarine is the base for any sarms stack imo
