so I have a little bit of a sticky situation I have a wedding coming up in five weeks it’s kind of out of the blue and a long story
anyway it’s going to be one of those beach weddings and we’re going to be in casual attire and a lot of guys will be going shortlists and I don’t want to look like a fat pig on the beach lol
. what sarms can I use for the next five weeks to get me in the best shape possible on willing to do what it takes
I’m 230 pounds and six foot tall and around 20% body fat

you can do 5 weeks but you need some pct after bro like hcgenerate
 
Don't over do the expectations but you can drop 10lbs tops. GW would be No1 (use Umbrella Labs)

Need 12 weeks but anything btr than nothin
 
you can do whatever you want, noone here is your boss dude.. 5 weeks is not going to be some magical transformation and no matter what you take, if your diet and training are not disciplined and consistent, you are simply spinning your wheels and not going to get anywhere regardless...
 
You don't have a lot of time so you just have to dial in 100%. I would run Cardarine but if you want to see any real results it will come down to diet/fasting and cardio. If you want results, it is going to suck for 5 weeks, lol.
