The Plan
Hahahaha mail. Yah, Ive been up till 5am this whole week working on a crazy project.
Anyway, heres my workout plan and stuff for the next few months:
Monday - back and biceps followed by some cardio
Tuesday - legs and abs
Wednesday - chest and tris followed by cardio
Thursday - abs and cardio
Friday - repeat (back and bis plus cardio)
*My cardio consists of a serious 35 minutes (not including warm up and cool down) on the elliptical machine or the treadmill*
I may take a day break in there and do a workout on the weekend instead; it really all depends on how much schoolwork I have going on that week. Ive really had some mixed responses on whether or not to do cardio on the same days as weight training or to split it up. I think I'm going to go with doing it together, except on my leg day (jelly legs, jelly legs!) Let me know what you all think about this one...............
As far as nutrition goes, its simple really. Im not going to start off going all crazy low carb or antyhing like that. Its hard enough already, being at school, to stay away from all the junk everyone's eating.
So, small balanced meals, often throughout the day. Including stuff like protein shakes, oatmeal, grilled chicken and fish, salads, nuts, certain fruits (berries, apples, oranges basically), soy milk. Stuff like that. Stuff I like so that I can keep going with this. A few months down the road, I'll see about tweaking my diet to fit my needs at that time cus I'm sure theyll change.
Ive been out of it for too long.......I'm ready to kick some ass!
