A little thing i have used on myself and others is the use of high amounts of BCAA. Now before you say well its in my drink its not enough and most dont use powders in contest prep.
Bcaa in high amounts supplys fuel to body when your cal's are low and will aid in keeping you anti-cat. i take it in TWO forms
1. Schwartzlabs.com (capsule)
2.protien factory .com (powder)
I take 1/8 cup of powder in am before cardio
pre workout i ll use either 1/8 or 10-12 capsules
during workout another 10-12 capsules
post work is either or depending on if i use a drink or not
I may take 10 more prior to bed.
I saw in a study (dont know where) that the high dose of bcaa can cause a Similar effect like primobolan.
THis has worked GREAT for me and others that i told them about. Now each wont get ready for a show without doing high BCAA.
