I’m having a hard time breaking through this current Plateau at 215 lbs
I would like to try and get up to 225 or 230 lbs
sermorelin seems like a good one that I can try. Do you recommend I go with 1 mg a day or should I do 2 mg of data start?
And how long do guys usually run this stuff?
