I have very short biceps and need exercises to stretch them. If you hold your arm straight out in front of you with your palm down, you will probably see that your bicep starts around that crease inside your elbow. Mine start about an inch higher up. Also, if you flex your bicep, most times it reaches to your forearm. Mine have about an inch between my forearm and bicep, as you can see on my pics in the "Gun Show Thread".
I've been doing preacher curls and incline dumbbell curls to try to stretch them, but they aren't helping much. Any advice?
