Ok so after seeing my friend do these wrong numerous times, and telling him each time he's not doing them correctly, I finally have given up on saying something. He grabs the DB's and when he "shrugs" his shoulders literally dont even move a quarter inch from the top to the bottom of the movement. his last set, he grabbed 45 # DB's and his shoulders literally did not move(which should be very very light weight for him), it looked like he was just holding the weight still, and periodically making a face. Another kid I workout with does this too but not to this extreme. Is this not the easiest exercise to perform??? Or are some ppl's bodies simply unable to shrug there shoulders???:suspect:
