I try to get up early enough say 5:00 am. And can get to sleep by 9:30-10:30.
A routine is best to get in and stay in.
I am currently taking melatonin 300 mcg at night. Always better to take it when it starts to get dark. It works best that way not before bed. I started taking it for my month on tren a. I never got trensomina. I also take my Claritin at night every night for allergies.
 
I have tried about everything melatonin is OK, sometime benadryl will work, L- tryptophan works great on an empty stomach but if I really need to go to sleep xanex is the only thing that is a guarenteed sleep.
 
Creating a pattern is one of the best ways to get to sleep. Waking up and going to bed at the same time creates a habit for your body and you'll find it easier to fall asleep. No tv or phones for the last hour before bed is also another key for getting me to pass out fast. It's hard to not watch tv or get on my phone but it does work very well for me.
