southernsarms.com gw makes my heart speed up

I wouldn’t use Southern sarms, their gw501516 made my heart rate speed up really fast and it felt like oh I was having palpitations.
I ended up going to the clinic and the doctor there kept taking my blood pressure because it was so high.
I’ve used GW before and it’s not supposed to do this seems like I was taking some sort of stimulant and not actual GW.
