So, I know we all have different views on what kind of routine to run. I am wondering what some of you guys do for contest training, as well as on and off cycle training for those of you who don't compete. Obviously the way we train is going to be different when we are on and off cycle and when we are training for a competition, so I wanted to get some discussion on the subject.

I love full body for off cycle training.
I do something like this
M - full body
T - Cardio
W - full body
Th - Cardio
F - Full body
Sa - Cardio
Su - Off
On cycle I do a P/P/L routine. No matter what i'm using I never do more of a split than either Upper/Lower or P/P/L, as I feel you're wasting time. What is everyone else s views?
