splitting capsules

So I just got my Clen which comes in 50mcg capsule.

I dont want to start off at 50, would much rather 25.... if it was a tablet id be able to just bite it off but since its a capsule what can I do? I dont think swallowing the powder on its own would work out too well lol

You can buy empty gelatin capsules (never done it myself, I only know they are available) so you could carefully open the clen capsule and eyeball half of the powder into an empty capsule then close them back up. You'd have roughly half the dose in each capsule that way. That's the only thing I can think of.

Just do a search for "empty gelatin capsules" through Google, and you'll find them.

you could also look into dissolving the powder in the caps.... just a thought
