Im looking for a good diet & workout.My son is 15 5-10" weight in @330 He's one hell of a football player.We been getting it in the gym for about 3mon he drop from 345 to 330 now we jump back in forward 330-325 but seem to stay close to 330 but anyway he lifts 300 on bench where doing a lot of cardio machine speed agility drills& we took out alot of fast food sodas his food intake is grill everything like chicken turkey stake with alot of vegetables so im like why in fuck haven't he drop more our goal is to get @ 300
