Started IGF and Ligandrol

Well I finally got to use IGF and Ligandrol after my workout.Ill be pinning post workout.After reading the forum for awhile and getting good info.i decided to go that route.Im doing 50 mcgs,hopefully it'll last me 3 months with the five bottles that I received.I read about IGF a couple of years ago but I was too skeptical thinking it was like synthol and didn't want a discombobulated physique like the brazilian guys on YouTube.I appreciate the positive feedback from a lot of you guys that told me to just do it I won't regret it.😄😄 I will keep you Posted.
 
A lot of guys do it pre-workout for the pump, but whatever flots your boat bro. I'll be following!

Btw, what are you dosing the lgd at? 10 mg? Considered doing this myself, so it'll be interesting to see how it works for ya.
 
& 5 bottles at 50 mcg should last ya way longer than 3 months. I started at 40 mcg a couple weeks ago, bumped it up to 60 mcg & I still have about half of the vial left. Can't explain why, unless you are just getting hooked up with a little extra..
 
Your log is off to a great start. 50 mcg a day should last you 100 days with 5 vials if you are using it daily. Keep us posted brother
 
Yes BigBeef I'm doing 10mgs a day og Ligandrol .I was going to pin pre-workout but I don't want the painful pumps guys are getting and cutting they're workouts short.Maybe I'll try it one day to see how it feels����

Whatever works best for ya bro. I haven't had the pumps stop my workout yet, but everyone is different. The pumps are great for me, but not to intense

Good for you brutha! Not too many guys would forgo the extra pump sensation and use the igf post workout instead! However, heres the thing, it doesn’t matter whether you use it pre workout or post workout , its going to work great in terms of shuttling / forcing more nutrients into the muscles and helping with recovery / growth and last but not least regardless when its used, it will still make your body burn fat for energy, and this point is what most people do not realize and its rarely talked about.

For anyone curious about this or who would like to fact check it, you can find actual studies posted on this here at MuscleChemistry and of course google it or go to pubmed or one of the other sites where you can find these studies posted!

In closing, I would also like to say that the pump people talk about from taking igf 1 lr3 pre workout, is NOT a guarantee or set in stone, and some guys love the overall results from the igf and never really experienced those skin splitting pumps, which is ok! Plus when were talking about taking igf 1 lr3 pre workout for the added pump, a lot of it has to do with timing your carbs so that the IGF forces more nutrients in to the body / muscle then would otherwise be absorbed hence (insulin-like) , and this is what causes that insane pump, so timing is also key!

Lig worked well for me back when I used it. I think the sarms would be pretty good for people who are worried about like liver damage or cholesterol or something but still want to use an oral to boost and injection cycle. I honestly like sarms I've only used them solo I've never used them on cycle oh wait wait no I did I used osta one time on cycle but a lot of times I use it in PCT depending on the sarm cuz of hpta issues. Osta didnt seem to affect my hpta

Igf1 I used it for like 6 months straight or something like that I did it pre-workout I never had overly painful pumps like they were never outrageously painful they were very substantial but they weren't painful to me at least but the pumps came on pretty quickly even in warm-up sets I would feel a pump quick it didn't take a lot same thing with test for me I feel the same way with both the pumps are very quick and they are longer-lasting because I've used like natural pre-workout no production crap like that and they give you a pump it takes a little while longer but IGF one it's a lot faster acting in the pump seem to work longer for me I have used it both pre-workout and post-workout cuz I was experimenting to see which one was the best for me I didn't notice anything different between using them that way like post-workout I didn't notice anything different than using a pre-workout with the exception of a pump I was all much more vascular using it to it seemed to give me a decent like leaning a fact which I really liked just watch where you shoot it cuz that AA that it's reconstituted in Burns Like Hell sometimes depends on where you get it I was doing chest shots and I don't recommend those they were kind of brutal for me but everywhere else was fine biceps didn't bother me triceps I only had one incident where I hit a vein and a nerve and it hurt I think it was a vain either way it burn like hell.

I also did experiment with dosage and I prefer 100 everyday Not only was it easier for me to measure in the slim but it did a little bit more for me than the 50 I mean whatever works for you I know some of the guys on here we're doing like 200-300 my day which I did it I think the highest I went to was 250 and honestly it does I like 200 I was fine with that

Exactly! I've said this in my log before. The pump for me seemed to work all over & not just where it was injected. Definitely pump seems to be fueled by your food intake. I seem pumped after every high carb meal I eat since I started the igf-1 lr3
