starting my first testosterone propionate cycle

hey fellas im gonna start my first testosterone propionate cycle in 3 days after my first blood work tomorrow..that is e2(estradiol test) testosterone test,LH and FSH test...let me know if any other test is required...im gonna pin testosterone propionate 100 mg every other day(eod)i guess thats sufficient..if not then how much dosage should i take?im gonna take aromasin 12.5 mg every 3 days...do i have to add anything else with testosterone propionate and aromasin? gym 4 days a week with 2.5 -3k calories a day ...after alot of research i found out testosterone propionate to be the best compared to the other esthers like e or c not much difference though..so can someone please tell me a proper way to carryout my first cycle? and guys answer what i asked in a clear and clean procedure so i dont have to ask again and again and bug u guys out here...thank u any more information,suggestions and advices will be appreciated :) :sport:l
 
Yes some NAC ,and make sure u have your pct before you pin ur first shot.nothing like the guy who orders his pct 2 weeks before he is done with his run.

I like the jarrow time released nac and ala.

thats a lot of pinning but run its 8-10 weeks and start PCT i think its 4 days for prop after last pin

Agreed with IJ I would go 10'weeks and add either tbol or Anavar at end of cycle last 4-5 weeks
 
thanks bro...just want to know if i should take aromasin 12.5 mg every 3 days or just testosterone propionate fot 10 weeks eod ???
 
I would go EOD with the aromasin.if your body fat is a little high I would go ed.from what I have seen with people I know the higher body fat the more estrogen side effects.
 
Honestly, After much research(administration and bloodwork) of Aromasin. I would start doseing it everyday. 12.5mg.

However, you may not need it at all, I would just wait and see. Everyone is different. 300mg of test is not ALOT.

2. what are your goals with this cycle??

3. could you share some stats with us please??

age
weight
height
training history
current bodyfat



4. do you have pct setup?

5. youre running 100mg eod?? you best believe youre going to need an ai.. 12.5mg aromasin ed at minimum.. and very possibly 25mg ed... but only time will tell..


prop might get out of your system faster, but it also hits your system faster causing a faster rate of aromatization...

1.yes this is my first cycle(i have tried crazymass cutting stack though it was crap)
2.i just want to build some muscle and get lean dont wanna be huge
3.im 24 yrs old 5.8.5 inches tall and i weigh about 140 pounds i have less fat and its definitely below 15% and i have been working out since i was 19 not regular though had no idea about diet but from the past 8 months i have been regular 6 days a week off only if im sick ...i have improved a bit i can bench 160 to 180 pounds and legs i go upto 300 pounds ...
4.the only thing i know about pct is clomid and nolva after 4 days after my last pin as its test p
5.i would go with aromasin eod 25 mg coz i have a bit of face fat or may be bloat or water retention no idea what exactly it is but mostly its fat i guess..or i will see for a week if i bloat like a balloon i will go for aromasin
after a few weeks research i found test p to be the best ....this is all i have to say...now its upto u guys to for some heads up...thanks everyone any more information suggestions and advices will be appreciated :)

alright, the blunt straight forward truth..


based on what i am seeing, i dont think youre ready for your first cycle.

the fact that you are 5'8 and only 140lbs AND have a bodyfat thats 15% or more (again you are just guessing, i have to assume the worst) tells me that your diet is NO WHERE CLOSE TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE FOR THE USE OF GEAR

i could add 1-2lbs a week on your naturally from diet and training alone...


you have to keep in mind that running a cycle without a proper nutrition/training protocol is like sitting in a ferrari with no gas in the tank...

it feels great to be in the drivers seat, but youre never going to get anywhere... youre never going to experience the true awesomeness of that ferrari..

if you dont get your diet and training together youll likely gain some weight due to bloat and get excited, only to be horribly disappointed when you lose everything in pct


muscle has to be grown and SUSTAINED by your nutrition.. 80% of your results come from nutrition...


with that being said, if you cannot gain weight without the use of anabolics, you cannot gain weight with the use of them.. and i mean sustained weight..

youre not doing this to look good for 10 weeks.. youre doing it to look good for the long run..

so thats the harsh reality...

if i were you i would save my cycle and gain 20lbs naturally first...

if you dont know enough about nutrition to do that, i have a free diet advice thread as a sticky in the diet section...


keep in mind that i do this for a living.. setting up nutrition/training/cycle protocols for clients...... im not saying all this to burst your bubble.. im saying it to save you some trouble and wasted time in the long run

At least he didn't argue with you about it. I've seen a lot of that on other forums when people ask for advice.
 
some people post just so you can validate what they want to do.. i wont condone a bad cycle.. or someone who isn't prepared for one

once they dont hear what they wanna hear.. they either argue or go missing..
 
yes 3j i agree with whatever u told ...let me explain i was 72kg last had alot of belly fat i looked like a balloon so now im at 65kg lost most of the fat and some muscle obviously...and my diet is 30 egg whites 200 grams of chicken breast 4 rotis half litre milk with 1 scoop whey in the morning and casein in the night..the readings are as follows..
calories - 2100
protein - 220 grams
carbs - 150 grams
fat - 22 grams
and i workout 6 days a weeks
i can bench 140 to 180 pounds(i know thats nothing great)
legs 300 pounds
squats100 pounds(coz i just started it recently)
i do push and pull
and when i was bulking i ate between 3000 to 3500 calories
it took me some time to correct my diet
i pinned my first testosterone propionate 100 mg now and aromsin 25mg every 3 day. if i feel if its required as im only taking 300 mg test p in a week 100mg eod...
so am i doing it right or do i need to alter or change anything?
i workout from 10am to 11am and i eat every 2 to 3 hours
i respect everyones answers suggestions and advices feel free to guide me and im taking test p inj at 9pm so i can have proper sleep and workout hard as test p works in 14 hours(i dont know if that is true)
i dint feel any pain i got injected by my doctor he used a normal 2ml 20g syringe it felt like a normal one..
this all i have to say sorry if its too lengthy..thank u :)
