Disputed Claim steroidify poor shipping

not sure who you all got shipping over at steroidify but I would fire them lol
my package has been all over the place it got sent out 2 weeks ago and it’s been to about seven different cities my goodness if I had known this I would have taped myself up in a big box and gotten some free travel miles. No clue if they even put my address on there I called the post office and they were flabbergasted as well they said that it was stuck in some sort of loop.
Anyway I need to start my cycle immediately and I guess it’s gonna be delayed screws everything up for me

sometimes it ends up in the wrong bin

We're sorry to hear and understand the frustration.

As you and everyone else knows, a source (any source) doesn't have any control of what happens to a package once it leaves our hands.
Packages sent from us or from Amazon can be lost in mail, can be stolen from your front door, can be damaged in transit, can get stuck in some sort of loop, etc...

Steroidify has the strongest reship/refund policy in business, but since we work with warehouses all over the world and shipping sometimes can be chaotic, our policies kick in after 60 days have passed since shipping date.

This is very well stated on our website.

Steroidify doesn't do poor shipping. We deliver hundreds of packages each week to every continent on Earth with great success, extremely high passing rate to the US from international warehouses and fast and safe shipping from domestic warehouses.

There's no issue with your order aside from a delay caused by the postal system.

Perhaps I don't understand the meaning of a "disputed claim" on these threads, but it's the second time someone starts a complaint thread about us and there's nothing to complain. We clearly state that our refund/reship policy kicks in 60 days after package is out. In this time frame, a shipment is "in transit" and there's nothing to dispute.

We understand that 60 days is a long time, but international shipments often take 4-6 weeks to make to destination, so it's a reasonable time.
