OK, so theres a few friends of mine in my dorm tonight that have been asking me questions about lifting and diet and what advice i would give them about tryin to cut for summer. Whatever thats fine if thats what they wanna do thats understandable, BUT...when i start describing the type of lifting regimine and diet they're going to need to follow they start to laugh and say noone besides you does that and telling me im crazy and that they can't follow that training and diet routine. Does this kinda stuff ever happen with any of you bros with any of your "not so educated" bros? What do you do to convince them that youre right? I show them a bunch of backed up scientific data and info on this site but so many never listen. I just had to post this because so many so many people i know have been responding to me like this like im crazy..... :curse:
