my girl is getting back into the groove of working out. she's got some weight she wants to lose and is getting her diet and training in order to make some nice progress. she wanted me to help line up some supplements for her to help maximize her results.
she doesn't want to take handfulls of pills all day, so i was thinking of having her take (before every meal):
~500mg ALA,
1-2gram fishoil caps,
1-2gram fiber
she'll be eating about 5x a day. does this seem ok for a female that is just starting to get back into it all? i wish my list of supps was as short as this...
any advice is welcome along with other suggestions
