How good is BSN Syntha-6 protein and which flavor do you guys prefer who use it. I am finally out of protein powder (1-2 shakes a day) and looking to try a new brand. I have heard good things regarding this but wondering what you guys thought. I have found it from 32-36 5lb tub online with free shipping.

I have been using snytha-6 and it is good stuff. I get the chocolate shake.

Too much fat for a protein shake, IMO, tastes great tho

the fat is the 1 thing I dont like but other protein blends that use 4 or more different types of protein have a higher fat content. But certain fats are not a bad thing and I personally need more in my diet anyway. but thinking or giving it a shot especially for the price.

I love it, but I buy my protein in bulk 50lb increments. Nothing but pure whey protein. No flavoring or anything. My wife buys the Syntha 6 to make treats and to mix with the plain protein so it tastes good. I use to use it exclusively.

I love the Vanilla and used it for a long time. It is by far the best tasting and mixes easily. However, the gas factor that developed is beyond unbearable. I am not sure if it is a bad batch but I bought 8 of the big buckets and now they are back on the shelf because the gas/bloat was unreal. Happened to two other people I know recently too. If you google the issue it is extensive. If you are at all sensitive to Lactose I would beware...

Conversely, I went back to the Max Muscle High 5 which is a much cleaner protein and I does much better with my system. But I really miss the Syntha 6 flavor.

amazon.com but in order to get that price you have to get reoccurring shipments automatically billed to you. cancel when you want. I didnt like the fact that I had to get auto billing so I changed my mind on that deal but found Myofusion for a decent price. 35 for a 5lb tub so I got 6 of them with free shipping.
