Instructions:
Inject directly into the middle of each bicep muscle head as indicated above:

First photo represents day 1.
Second photo represents day 2.
Third photo represents day 3.
Repeat.

Make sure that you are lean enough to see the individual muscles clearly so you do not miss the muscle and inject into the fat or in the adjoining tissue.

25gauge to 30gauge half inch (13mm) to 1 inch (25mm) long needles are adequate.
