I just finished the first bottle then using 20 mg a day about an hour before my workout and I've had pretty good improvements overall. I run in the mornings when I have time and I have a pretty difficult course I'm not exactly sure how far it is because I don't have a Fitbit or anything like that but it's probably over a mile and a half but it's very Terrain difficult there's a lot of hills and I'm not a runner and my thing is not that great to begin with so it takes me about 14 and a half minutes to do when I started using Tren it absolutely destroyed my numbers and I started doing about 17 or 18 minutes because of the Hill I couldn't make it the whole way out without sitting down.

Now I'm doing about 15 minutes and 20 seconds give or take so it's not where I was at but Tren have significantly killed my cardio. My times in between sets I couldn't superset very well with Tren I also taken about 3 or 4 minutes which is a powerlifting break and I don't want to do that now I'm doing about 45 to 60 seconds and between my sets it's definitely making a difference because I haven't really done anything with Tren last week I did lower it slightly but that's not for cardio I did it mainly because I'm having anxiety and I've been drinking pre workouts and caffeine and Tren for me do not mix I am having anxiety attacks like crazy probably about 6 weeks into Tren maybe longer I have to check my calendar..

I'm probably going to increase Tren again at some point right now I am taking anti-anxiety medications so that I can increase it I'm not sure if that's a great idea or not but we'll see. Cardarine has made a significant Improvement and my cardio and being able to do more cardio by itself translates to more fat loss I mean everybody knows the trend will help you get shredded but you could do any of these antibiotics and they don't work to the best of their abilities if you don't put in work if you want them to work you got to work and cardarine from t.s.o has allowed me to put in more work my cardio sessions at the end of my workout went from 20 minutes to an hour recently which is actually better than when I was doing Clen and T3 Clen gave me really bad heart palpitations it's not something that I personally enjoy doing I don't like Glenn I probably said that a few times before but it wasn't for me but this stuff is amazing it really helped me push the extra sets the extra reps the supersets is helping me with running I definitely feel better if Tren wasn't in the equation I would love to know what it would do for me I feel like it would be even less of a struggle to run if Tren wasn't in there filling my lungs with prolactin or whatever the hell it does to make you feel like you have a chest cold or let's how I feel with it I feel like I have bronchitis or pneumonia or something 2 degree I mean it's difficult to describe it for me it's not like dnp dnp to me feels like I have zero energy Tren feels like I have energy but I can't breathe right like I have asthma or something.

Card is definitely worth throwing into a cut cycle whether you're using Tren or not I would say that it could probably work with dnp as well if you're willing to take that route make sure you know what you're getting into with the d NP I'm not advocating the use of dnp but if you do use it I would definitely consider using card because of the effects it has on your ATP that is dnp that affects your ATP it actually breaks it down and it makes everything you do that's physical insanely hard..

I will update this as things change if I see any more improvements or you know whatever and at the end of my 8 weeks of card I will do a nice little summary of it see if I can keep my stats in order cuz for me I've never used it before and I wanted to see on paper what it was doing for me so I kept track of my workouts and I kept track of my running and even though I'm a minute and 10 seconds slower then I was before it improve me from over by over two minutes and improve me with Tren if I would take out Tren I don't know what it would shave off but I have heard that it was able to shave 30 to 45 seconds off of a marathon runner time that's impressive that seems like a lot of time to shut off of a marathon considering how much running a marathon is.

But the thing is to me and probably the people reading you don't really care about the endurance per say you care about the fat-loss you care about are you going to lose a percentage or two extra if you take it as opposed to not I say yes because you're able to do more you're able to push harder it's easier it doesn't have any side effects the side effects that I've seen have been from my cycle but unlike with Clen or any of the stimulants which are fine if you can use them that's great I prefer ECA to Clan but it doesn't affect your heart rate so you can take it and your heart rate will remain normal you know as you run it's not going to jump to 180 like Glenda's to mine blood pressure unaffected I believe it's actually good from what I've read for your lipids helping lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol which is amazing on cycle anybody who knows anything about any of the anabolics knows that they mess with your cholesterol cholesterol double edged sword it's something that you want to keep in check and it helps if you read through the clinicals I believe they do say in there that it helps with your total cholesterol like I said I've seen oh no problem with it and I think it's a valuable tool to use to meet your weight loss needs we'll see here in another 4 weeks

I'm using talk to text cuz I feel that it's easier to say then it is to type give them how much I have to say about this particular product I'm hoping that it's understandable given the fact that talk-to-text sometimes makes no sense it just types whatever the hell it wants to so if there's any questions just let me know I do speak English haha hahaha

Glad i dont get that from tren. Maybe I have really good cardio to behind with.
On tren I go thru whole workout like s beast without need to rest!

Bastard lmao you're really lucky because it kills my cardio killed it anything worse is the NT I don't even want to get out of bed with dnp I literally sleep for like 12 hours on it and still lose body fat 500 mg of that a day is Hell on your body 250 isn't bad I didn't have any real huge issues with 250 but 500 with hell
 
This week has been far far better than the last. Im faster in my laps at the park, I am supersetting and doing rest pause sets for everything and just feel unlimited endurance. Seriously. But once I finish at the gym I crash hard. I looked up the reason I am so damn spent. One of two reasons if not both. I am calorie deficient cuz Im cutting and may have lower vitamin and minerals given my low calorie diet. I think its more about the carbs than anything. I keep carbs low a lot of times its protein shakes. 40g pro with like 7 carbs. Im not in keto, but anout 100g carbs total. Between not really wamting to eat most days and obsessing with the cuts, it is what it is. My weight is steady, but fat is dropping. Quickly.

Gw50 cardarine is really helping ease the issues of Tren that I have which is cardio killing. I push so hard in the gym. The combo of pure androgens like tren and masteron and the endurance amplifying gw50 is making me an animal.

I think I need to add in some IGF1 before the cycle concludes, perhaps cash in some credits.

It is crazy how much of a game changer gw has been. Im at week 6 I believe of it? And it is whole new level insane. It went from steady increases in endurance to seemingly limitless.

I will write a full summary later on this compound. Stay tuned.
