ok so you want to take 1mg a day, does it come with a dropper or say if there's a way to measure it? usually one dropper will be 1mg but it might be different
the most accurate way to know how much you're getting is to use a syringe to draw it up. unless someone from the place you bought it can tell you how much is in one dropper
