Muscle of the Week is the Teres Major. We often refer to this muscle as a "helper" for the lats since it essentially performs all of the same actions as the lats. Therefore, any exercise that trains your lats will also train the teres major. Heavy carries with an emphasis on upper back tightness might be a slightly better exercise for the teres major than the lats as the teres major has a better mechanical advantage to assist in shoulder stabilization. This is another muscle that you'll probably have to lean out a bit to properly see, but the added detail in your back will be worth it!
