Equal time on and off pct don't count that's best advice I can give u.
I didnt follow it is have been on trt since I was 36. That may have been reason I don't know.

On next cycle i want reach 8% bodyfat cause has a lot of visible abs at that bf and for the next year i want start competing on men's physique.
On my actual cycle,why if i am eating 1000 calories surplus i am not putting fat?i hear a lot of people on forums that 1000 calories surplus he puts a lot of fat,maybe they are eating crap food?i say that because,if i was eating on this cycle 500 surplus instead 1000 i think would a waste of cycle.And on the pct i will eat 200 surplus of the last intake of calories,i know i can put fat but will keep more gains.
And for the next cycle i was thinking on do something like that
1-8 Test prop 37,5 mg ED or 75 mg EOD (i know if i pin ED better blood levels but its a lot of pinning if i do 8 weeks ED heh)
1-8 Tren A 50 mg ED or 100 mg EOD (some people do 50 test prop and 50 tren a but i think would be better the tren higher than the test for less sides)
4-8 Winny 50 mg ED
1-8 12.5mg aromasin E3D (may vary,on that cycle i was taking 12,5 aromasin EOD and not much sex drive or libido,i changed this week to E3D)
1-8 0.5mg cabergoline E3D
Something like that.And instead of do cut diet,i was thinking on do maintinance calories diet and add some clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off,then i drop bf and gain muscle at the same time instead do cut diet and put less muscle.
