lol id say at least 5 years. Most expiration dates are 3 or so arent they? I know they just put the dates on there to make you feel all warm and cozy inside. It doesnt really go bad just starts to lose its effectiveness after really long periods as far as i know anyways. I never have anything around that long
Your only worry is air oxidization and or light oxidization or break down,
store in a cool dry area away from light, I would say 2-4 years.......I much prefer it raw and convert when need be.
