No bro you don't wanna take it just 4 days in a row and not take it the other 3 days, you will wanna take this every day to keep your levels stable, otherwise you will get spikes and dips in hormone levels and this leads to bad side effects like gyno, acne, depression, so no not a good idea

​Depends...are you using it as the base of your cycle...or are you using a different form of test as the base and just using the suspension as a pre workout?
