I have been on other sights and have never seen some one offer stuff to members for a little info to keep up the fitness life.
I would like to thank the top dog for makeing this happen.
1 the football pool just for kicks.
Then offer credits from one member to the next or for yourself to use for products!
While searching the ass picks forum i seen a member on their Wes I.
I have personaly worke out with him in the past and is one of the strongest men i know.
When i sen him hear that only put more sacurity in my head that this is a great forum.
So thanks to the people that make this work!

Thnx brutha! Appreciate the kind words! Our Mantra has always been to "Innovate not Imitate" . So with that being said I am glad you took notice to some of the little things we do to seperate ourselves from the pack!

Speaking of Wes, he use to be a long time member here, and just stopped showing up one day, do you know how he is doing?
