This is the original 300 Spartan workout plan used Gerard Butler and the cast of the 2006 movie 300. This is workout is an intense training plan and is recommend to be used as a full body workout 3 times a week.
The 300 Workout is a designed for those who know what they are doing so intermediate - advance users only and is designed to:​

The ideal way to do this workout is without any rest at all between exercises, and you should time yourself from the beginning to the end of the workout. The workout has 300 reps and if you can complete it in less then 20 minutes then consider yourself a Spartan Warrior.
