WORKING OUT..i mean really..I have a ton of shit I need to do tonite but whenever I get to doing it all I can do is think about working out and how to improve it. Diet, reps, cardio, all this is running thru my head like crazy. I didnt do it today and I think im depressed about it...lol. ..BUT damn im ready. ITs 1130 at nite and im so worked up...ive been thinking I should go run or do pushups or something just to quench this whatever its called down some. I dunno..Shit..maybe im just losing it..lol..sad when you just sit here and think about this shit all the time. Oh well..just my thoughts for the nite.
